We call’ n out bullshit to add 😀 value for all stakeholders!

Our Values

Be Cool

We all know that shit will eventually hit the fan for whatever reason, personal or professional, and that's great because we are cool so just be cool.

Be Generous

We are the one that calls’ n out the Greedy Ones. How? We share our knowledge, we share our revenue, we share our ownership and we share the opportunity.

Be Savage

Being too polite is not effective and boring, we want to turn their bullshit into an intellectual slugfest.

Be Classy

We are call’ n out bullshit with class and good taste, we provide a 5-star Michelin experience for the participants.

Our Guidelines

1

Understand the issue

We attack bullshit, not people, some people are not used to get call’ n out, knee-jerk reactions are expected, keep your cool, don’t worry be happy.

2

Always clarify the situation

When you call’ n out bullshit for xyz reason, is very important to bring some clarity, talking the talk is one thing but we need to walk the talk before call’ n out bullshit, but the holy grail is to moonwalk.

3

Do your homework

Credit is about character, a character gets build through hard work, is no short cut, knowledge, and skill are nothing vs hard work.

4

Sharing information in a direct and clear manner is important to anchor trust.

With so many moving parts, it's easy to retreat into our respective silos. But we're a team and sharing is caring. We're not in competition with one another. Providing honest updates and assessments is integral growth.

5

Treat every action as a public engagement with the community

Our mission is massive, we have little time for closed meetings. Avoid bottlenecks, communicate productively. Make life easier for everyone by utilizing our open communication platforms (Trello, Slack, Zoom, etc.)

6

Plan your trade, trade your plan

Time is the most precious asset, everything we do is about trading our time, we need to value our time with the highest standard to not waste it. By experience, I could say that I’m used to seeing bad trade inside a good plan, but I rarely see good trade from a bad plan.

7

Keep thing simple

Keep arguments simple and easy to understand, call’ n out bullshit is straight forward. Don’t be afraid to edit and delete 50% of the first draft to tighten up your final argument. Simple is much harder than complex but leads to a more powerful argument.

8

Have fun

Is by far our main motivation, we want to be surrounded by a community that is there mainly to have fun, and what it is even more fun is to get pay to have fun.
